Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Ritual boxes and spiritual tools that have been opened, used, or customized may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ritual boxes with custom contents.
- Meditation tools altered to suit individual needs.
- Items marked "Final Sale."
Process for Returns
1. Contact our customer care team at info@room108spiritualwellness.com to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know! We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
